Laura spoke with Steve Brock, Senior Manager for VoIP and Multimedia Marketing at Nortel.
Steve has helped service providers all over the world introduce new capabilities into their networks. Steve has worked in the communications industry for over 18 years, providing leadership in the areas of switching (developing international signaling protocols), optical networking, wireless networking, consumer and enterprise communications products, and Voice over IP and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) services. Recently, Steve directed extensive market research to understand the value of SIP and IMS services in residential and business markets. Steve has a B.S. in Computer Science from East Carolina University and a Masters in Business Administration from Campbell University.
