Laura spoke with Bernard Gutnick the Vice President of Product Marketing for Sylantro Systems.
Bernard brings to Sylantro more than fifteen years of experience in the communications application industry, and is responsible for product marketing for the company. Prior to joining Sylantro, he was responsible for product management for GoBeam, a pioneer in the VoIP-based hosted services in California, recently acquired by Covad Communications. Bernard has worked with leading service providers in over twelve countries, and with numerous end-user businesses on best practices for the implementation and deployment of hosted communication services. He frequently speaks at industry conferences on case studies on successful deployments in hosted business and consumer applications. Bernard holds an MBA degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, and undergraduate degree in business from the University of Manitoba.
Sylantro Systems will showcase new integrated applications at VON which maximize service value by enabling customers to easily integrated VoIP services with web applications. Fixed and mobile solutions will be demonstrated in the booth, including Microsoft's Hosted Live Communication Server applications for service providers.
