Critical Links provides intelligent networking equipment that allows small businesses to benefit from the latest converged networking technologies without the need for specialist in-house IT knowledge. edgeBOX is the core product which, when deployed at the edge of a customer’s network, allows a Managed Service Provide to remotely provision, support and maintain all of the voice and data services that edgeBOX provides, such as a fully featured IP-PBX and VoIP gateway, security, QoS, collaboration, WiFi, router and file storage.
Mikey spoke with Peter Tyndale, EMEA Business Development Manager for Critical Links.
Peter is responsible for edgeBOX marketing in the EMEA region. His main area of focus for 2006 is to rapidly grow the market for edgeBOX through partnerships with distributors and high volume service providers. Peter has over 15 years of network and systems Business Development and Engineering experience having worked in technology development and delivery for companies in the ICT engineering and consulting sectors such as Admiral Computing (now part of LogicaCMG), Reuters, Merrill Lynch and Accenture.
