Netcentrex Converged IP Communications provides IP-based voice and video solutions that enable communication service providers to deliver VoIP and FMC services for both consumer and enterprise markets. The Converged IP Communications solutions leverage products and expertise from Netcentrex which was acquired in May 2006 by Comverse. Netcentrex is recognized for its leadership in the worldwide market for Class 5 application servers with 4 million VoIP lines in commercial service, as well as its rich portfolio of VoIP, IP Centrex, Triple Play, Quad Play and IMS solutions.

Netcentrex Converged IP Communications will present new Converged IPCentrex, Quad Play and FMC demonstrations at the Comverse stand, no. 206, at Autumn VON Europe, in Berlin.

Erik Larsson is responsible for driving the overall marketing activities for converged IP communications within the Comverse group. Before the acquisition by Comverse, he played a significant role in reinforcing Netcentrex’ image and position in the marketplace and developed the company’s reputation as a leader in VoIP applications using his extensive knowledge and experience of the telecoms environment.

Prior to Netcentrex, Erik held senior marketing positions at Nortel and Genuity / Level 3, and has a track record of managing successful marketing initiatives both for early-stage and established high-tech companies. He has published a number of articles in specialized media and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
